Mundaka to Bermeo
El bosque pintado - painted forrest
Little wake up walk/hike nearby. The "not already leaving" or "still sleeping" among us went for a nice hike to see some painted trees, break our new vintage 70´s camera due to missing knowledge how to use it and then get lost in a really nice valley of cows... well, the farmers were nice and let us go, so we made it back to the car safely and could even see baby easter rabbits train for the coming weekend...
Biarritz and back to basecamp
Last impressions from San Sebastian´s nice but not overwhelming inner city
And of course we kept going even further north to some quite well known sites in Biarritz (mauer) and Hossegore (strand), where we saw some desperate surfers and experienced a really nice sunset. After dinner we had to go all the way back to Alejandro´s grandma´s house, which I posted as well...
San Sebastian
After Bilbao, the second so called must do/see was San Sebastian. Again, or still, the weather was perfect for city hopping, rather than hanging out at the beach. However, we refused to only eat and dine, and climbed somecity/harbour hill to capture some awsome views over the bay of San Sebastian. While the guys were lazy, I could enjoy the company of the two most gorgeous girls of the team, Mareike and Kati...
Pais basco
Easter holidays, rental car and northern Spain as a goal.
We were luckily invited to spend some days at Alejandro´s grandmas´s house in the basque country.
So we started the 10 day tour with chilling at the bbq in the garden, visiting the nearby beaches and mainly eating eating eating...
The team (from right): Stefan (Mareike´s boyfriend who is taking the picture), Alejandro (our private tourguide and host), me, Davide, Ammar and beloved Kati
Calzotada hangover beach
Casa de Goyo
Walking around Tibidabo
Enjoying the sunshine on the hills around Barcelona (e.g. in this case right behind the university).

... beginning of March!
March has started pretty nicely. Kati went to Kitzbühel for about a week and pondered on new ideas which are to be announced soon! Mattes has been busy at uni (as ever), is swapping to the Spanish section, rocking as a handball coach. We're both enjoying the Spring! It almost feels like summer... Sahil was also here last weekend and we took many walks in the sunshine, and there was the Multi Culti party at IESE which was pure international madness and pleasure! So all happy happy over here!*
